Day 1

Depart from the US. Enjoy your in-flight meals and entertainment on your way to Rome, Italy!

Day 2

Arrive in Rome and get settled into the hotel. After our orientation, we’ll head into Rome to visit the Piazza del Popolo and to get a breathtaking view of Rome from a grand lookout. Then it’s on to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain to continue our exploration of the Eternal City. After enjoying authentic Italian food, we’ll head back for a good night’s sleep!

Day 3

After breakfast, our leadership training course begins. Then we’ll head to Rome’s city center to enjoy a day of viewing incredible sites! We’ll visit the 2000 year old Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the Arch of Titus, and the ancient Roman Forum (the home of the republican form of government.) Before dinner, we’ll visit the Pantheon, the former pagan temple and one of Rome’s oldest buildings. After dinner we will visit a gelato (ice-cream) shop that boasts more than 100 flavors!

Day 4

After breakfast, we will continue our conference – and hopefully you will understand yourself and others better than ever before! Then we travel to Vatican City and visit St. Peter’s Basilica. A highlight of our day will be going through the Vatican Museum and seeing the Sistine Chapel, home of Michelangelo’s Last Judgment and other masterful works. In the afternoon, you will enjoy shopping on Via del Corso, before dinner and a recap at the hotel.

Day 5

Our leadership course will continue this morning after breakfast. Following  lunch, we will go underground – to the Roman Catacombs! Because the early Christians didn’t want to burn the dead like the pagans did, they created these underground cemeteries. We’ll see lots of original Christian art and symbols in this place where Christians laid their dead and sometimes hid from persecution. The late afternoon will provide an opportunity to do some shopping before dinner.

Day 6

Our last day in Rome begins with finishing our training course: “The Leadership Paradox.” We will also prepare for a day of local interviews. Let’s get to know some Italians! In the afternoon, you will enjoy some free time and some shopping before our last authentic Italian meal!

Day 7

Group heads to the airport and flies back from Rome to the US!
