Registration Process

Step One: Choose your study abroad leadership conference.

Step Two: Fill out the application and pay your deposit online or print out the application and mail it along with your deposit of $250.

Step Three: Book your flight. Flights are the responsibility of each group or individual. Each group leader or individual traveler must get flight arrival and departure times approved by Global Next in writing prior to booking their flights. This is essential to assure that all groups arrive at the appropriate time so group ground transportation can be arranged. All group and individuals assume responsibility for flight bookings arranged without the confirmation of Global Next.

Step Four: Pay your final payment to Global Next approximately 45 days before departure.

Approximately 30 days prior to departure Global Next will contact you with final details regarding your leadership conference. These details will include rooming lists, hotel information, training workbook, Global Next backpack and what-to-bring list.
